You know the saying, "you can never have too much of a good thing"?
Sometimes this is true. You can have too many beers, too much sugar and
yes, you can have too many cats (all much to my chargin). However, you
can never have too many friends, too many dinner dates and too much
sushi. I was fortunate enough to have all three on the night I went to
check out the new Suehiro location on the east side of town.
Suehiro has been Fort Collins' sushi mecca for 25 years in the heart of Old Town on Linden Street. With locations already in Colorado Springs and Telluride, owners Ed and SeonAh Kendall added a second Fort Collins location in the Front Range Village Center on East Harmony at the end of November. This location is less traditional and seemingly smaller than the Old Town spot, but with a more sophisticated, modern atmosphere. However, it is also lacking the nuances that make Japanese dining a unique experience (hot towels, tatami tables, etc.)...
