Last month my husband had the opportunity to travel to Europe for business. He went to a handful of countries, exploring the history and culture of each one after they were finished with daytime meetings. I received emails about all of the authentic food he was eating while I stayed here at home in Fort Collins with the boys. Needless to say, I was envious of his International dining adventures especially when I read that he was hanging out at Gordon's, London's oldest wine bar. For a food writer, that's like showing a kid a puppy and telling them they can't take it home. So mean.

Fort Collins may not be very worldly, particularly when it comes to restaurants, but there are a few places where you step in and experience a bit of International flair. Enzio's happens to be one of those places and even more so with their "Tuesday's With Vino" wine dinner nights.

In 2007, Enzio's started their "Tuesday's With Vino" wine dinner events. On the first and third Tuesday of each month, a special menu is paired with a selection of wines for only $25.95. This, my friends, is a steal. I had never been to Enzio's, so my husband and I made a double date out of it with some friends...
